Guest guest
Hi, I have a adult friend who has had to manage her symptom list for a very long time. Thyroid, adrenals, anemia, celiac disease, you name it. She looks very thin. I hadn't seen her in a while, but caught up with her again recently and it all started to hit me ... she's got mercury! So, I asked her and sure enough she said she's full of amalgums. She's about 50 years old. I advised her to get a hair test from Doctor's Data and I'd help her get the resources to analyze it. But, then, she got nervous and said ... if I have to have my amalgums replaced, it could be dangerous! And, my insurance ... I have BC/BS and TriCare (secondary, thru the service). She thinks it won't be covered. Anyone have hopeful words (really, helpful facts are preferred) that I can pass on to her regarding these 2 issues ... finding a doc who can replace the amalgums safely and also takes her type of insurance? She has no PC, so I am asking on her behalf. Thanks!
Guest guest
She can find a dentist at http://iaomt.org/. They should follow stricter guidelines on removing the amalgam fillings. After finding a list of dentists, she could then call them to see if any of them take her insurance, or you could look them up on her insurance website. Also, not everything may be covered by insurance. For me, the removal process was not covered, but the new fillings were. > > Hi, > > I have a adult friend who has had to manage her symptom list for a very long time.
