Guest guest Posted July 21, 2010 Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 hello, am new here and preparing my son for the ac protocol and am overwhelmed by all the information available. he is on the gfcf diet and having supplements, his yeast is not under control yet but we are managing it with GSE, OoO, biotin and candex. also planning to add a probiotic in soon. my question is do i keep him on his multi vitamin, he is having kirkman spectrum complete also has some minerals in it or is there a better multi that i could give in several doses spread out. i just want to hear what others are using and what brands are better. am sorry if this has been asked/answered several times before but what are the basic minerals that should be given on this protocol. am planning to do this without a DAN as the one i will be seeing does not believe in ac protocol so i will be using him for blood work etc. thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
