Flax, raw vegetables (avocado, broccoli, kale), popcorn, brown rice, split peas,

lentils, beans, nuts/seeds, fruits (berries, pear with skin, apple with skin,

figs, raisins).

Lots of options! Drink plenty of water and work these foods in gradually if

they aren't a part of your typical diet now. Putting high fiber foods in to a

diet low in fiber can be uncomfortable for a few weeks while the body adjusts.
