We are about to get dental insurance. Sealants are covered. Do, YES/NO? One

mild spectrum one food allergies nt. No cavities either boy so I've been taking

my chances and doing fine.

BTW for other parents out there, I did fluoride for my oldest per doctor and

stopped on my youngest when he was maybe 1 1/2. No fluoride tooth paste since

and we pass on all the fluoride at the school, dentist and my kids haven't even

had x-rays yet. Why is it, every time they go they want x-rays. If there isn't

a problem, WHY???? Makes me so angry! Anyway.....don't know that we've

discussed sealants here. Just wondering what others thought on this subject.

Thanks in advance

Tammy
