Hi, Jeanne,

Buckwheat is fine for my child. The foods that trigger reflux will likely vary

from person to person, so you could just try sorghum and see how it goes. I have

no experience with it, since it is not available where I live.

If you need a yeast free bread, you can try " breads from " . We all like it

and after trying several recipes, I found this one to be the one that doesn't

crumble and fall apart when you slice it. Besides that, it tastes good too!
