Guest guest
I am in CA. Would 315.9 (Unspecified delay in development) be any good? Guest guest
Probably. I don't file insurance so others may be more helpful. I use the codes for the underlying conditions such as mineral and vitamin deficiencies, unspecified virus, candida, toxic elements, etc. I believe others have used toxic encephalopathy or similar ones. Guest guest
We got a diagnosis of heavy metal intoxication from a pediatric neurologist, so we always used the code for that. After all, that's what it really is in my son. Why lie about it and give it a politically correct term.
