Guest guest
My 14 year old son is on neurotransmitter support supps and is doing well so far, though the most notable change (a comment by my son that he seemed to be having an increase in clarity of thought) came only a day or two after increasing his dose of Olive Leaf Extract (he has yeast issues and PANDAS). He is taking D,L-Phenylalanine, 1000mg daily in the morning (he is supposed to be up to at least that amount twice daily) and he takes a supp called Travacor around bedtime (vit c, b6, folate, b12, magnesium, zinc, selenium, taurine, L-theanine, and 5-hydroxytryptophan) The next step is supposed to be to add Adrecor which contains Rhodiola rosea extract, L-methionine, vit c, vit " b " , and , most concerning to me, N-acetyltyrosine. It sounds so close to NAC which my son absolutely does not tolerate. He is, as Dr. Jerry Kartzinel put it some years back, a " metal head " but we never chelated because I was not comfortable with the seemingly ever-evolving chelation protocol. I now have both your books on chelation and hair element testing, and as soon as I digest it all, hope to start chelation on my son. My question to you is: is it safe to give my son the AdreCor which contains the aformentioned ingredients, especially the N-acetyltyrosine? Thank you so much for all that you do for our kids, Rosie Semak
