On a side note: What chocolate do you use if you are dairy free?

We are having an issue with this here in my house.

(Sorry have not looked at the hair test, yet)

I just buy dark chocolate without soy lecithin. Since my son is not overly

sensitive I can buy products which were produced on shared (with milk, etc.)

equipment.

One kind of Lindt dark chocolate does not have lecithin.

We have gotten those and my family eats them, but they are pricey here. So, I am

looking for alternatives. My hubbie is a choc-aholic. My kids inherited it.

We have to worry about dairy more than soy here. 8(

Anyone have a tried and true chocolate fudge recipe that is dairy free?
