Guest guest
After installing a reverse osmosis water system under our kitchen sink, my ASD son started having leg cramps and was extremely fatigued. I started giving him Smart water with electrolytes and that resolved his issue. Instead of buying Smart water, our DAN suggested adding concentrated mineral drops to our RO water. He did not specify a brand though. Trace Minerals Research makes a drop with a good mix of minerals that we need. However, it also contains other minerals that are naturally occurring elements in sea water such as bromide, copper, silicon, antimony...the list goes on and on. Does anyone have a recommendation for a clean trace mineral drop? Thanks.
Guest guest
We put an alkalizer, I believe it's called, to our RO system. It reintroduces calcium and magnesium, which is better than no minerals, at least.
