While chelating the metals, you will need to address yeast; especially if you

will be using DMSA. Both bee pollen and GSE can give a hyper response if not

tolerated or sensitive.

You can increase your GSE dose; we did at least two tablets when we dosed which

is  " lite " and my daughter is the same size as your son.  Make sure you have

the

no-fenol when you do it.  Watch for constipation when giving the Biotin at

mealtime because you may need to add Magnesium.

When I gave GSE, it was during the day .... after meals and I gave 2 at a

time.

OoO worked better for us during that time. If you are splitting 150-200mg into 2

doses during the day then you are not giving enough.  I believe Andy

recommends

10 mg per lb. My daughter is 68lbs, I can only dose twice a day so I give 300mg

2x per day. Sometimes I give more when needed.

Swings - Help!

,

did you give two tabs GSE at a time? or what times did you give it?

I've ordered No Fenol so will wait til it arrives to up the dose. He already

takes mag for constipation issues, I may have to increase the dose on that too.

He's taking 150-200mg of mag split 3x/day.

thanks for your help,

Yes, those doses are recommended while chelating but I continue the Mag

off-round also. With the stuff I give for yeast and working on the gut, I find

it helps. (In the beginning, my daughter's yeast symptoms were similar to her

constipation symptoms: toe walking, hand flapping, etc.)

If you start chelation, you may want to try a different type of mag. Thinking

back to your original post, you may want to look at adrenal cortex extract also.

GSE contains phenol. You would by a no-phenol enzyme to take when taking the

GSE.

The biggest difference I see when fighting yeast is when I use probiotics; I'm

currently using Syntol (2 capsules at bedtime) at it has worked wonders so

far.

Also, I give a 1/2 capsule of Candidase at least an hour before breakfast.  I

also give Aloe Vera juice mixed with juice on an empty stomach and I make sure

we have fiber (I use Psyllium Husks).  Another thing I do is give biotin/mag

with meals.

We used OoO in the past more than we used GSE. After awhile, OoO stopped

working, even at an increased dose. Let me add that we are on #82 so how we

fight yeast has really changed.
