Glad to bring some merriment!! I put some oil of oregano on my skin

and it hurt, that's why I am concerned about swallowing it. Olive oil

may do the trick.

Hi emyblu86pink :) Happy New Year!

oil of oregano is helping me get rid of parasites I never suspected I had!

This program is in steps. First we get eat the diet then after some weeks we

get on the yeast killers that are Coconut Oil, Oil of Oragano, cloves, pau

de arco and garlic. After we've been on those for some weeks then we can

start on the probiotics.

I've read that keifer is the milder of those to bring back good bacteria.

Bee also highly suggests rejuvulak.

Hope this helps,

==>Some people need to stay on the diet longer (3-6 months) before

starting on antifungals, other than coconut oil, or probiotics because

of serious die-off reactions in their stomachs.

==>Oil of oregano is a strong antifungal, as well as garlic, clove oil,

etc. The kind of treatment for parasites depends upon the kind you

have. Get a thorough stool test to determine that, and then take the

substance specific for killing it. What makes you believe you have

parasites?

Hi Jackie,

By feeling better I just meant that I got past those horrible scary nights

and am able to sleep through the night now without getting up to eat protein. I

feel lousy most days, ill. I get a lot of symptoms depending on what I just

took, or ate. I still get fluish off and on, and have fatigue off and on. My

wake ups are still lousy with some weakness and head feeling weird. It has

been about a week I guess that I have been sleeping through the night.

This morning, just to drink a glass of Acid pHree my symptoms improved by

about 50%. Now I am just left with feeling sleepy and some tightness in the

muscles in my shoulders. It is always something. I am very rarely symptom free.

Maybe for an hour or two in the afternoon and evening on a good day.

I haven't been able to get the organic garlic yet. Should I do that before

adding the Oil of Oregano?

Thanks,

Faith

How many days has it been now since you've begun feeling a little better?

Do you take any raw, crushed garlic? If so, how much?

Hi Faith,

In my opinion you would be wise to hold off on adding oil of

oregano--or anything else-- just yet. You are still quite sick and

need to give your body time to make the adjustments it needs to make

as it assimilates all the dietary changes you've been putting it

through. Please remember that you need to take things slowly,

espcially when you are feeling as weak as you are. Give yourself time

to integrate all that you are doing. Slow and steady, slow and

steady.....If I were you, I'd even wait a few more days before trying

to add garlic.

It's hard to me to get organic garlic where I am so I eat just plain

grocery store garlic. Organic is best of course, but not essential if

that is what is preventing you from taking any at all. Bee has told us

that she cured her initial candida overgrowth on plain, grocery store

foods.

Garlic and Coconut Oil are integral to Bee's plan...so yeah, I'd say

go for the garlic first...before Oil of Oregano I mean...and again,

take it slow since you don't know how you will react to it. As

sensitive as you are, it's likely to cause you some die-off symptoms.

Again, Bee's advice may be differnt. This is just my observation.

==>Faith, if you feel you are no longer experiencing severe die-off

symptoms you can start on Oil of Oregano. Start with a low dose and

gradually increase it.

I guess it would help if I told you what the bottle said:

==>It is very strong to take directly in the mouth - ooowweee! But I

have taken only 1 or 2 drops under my tongue followed by water

immediately and swished it around so it mixes, and it is okay. Mixing

it in oil is better - for 1-2 drops even 1 teaspoon of oil is okay.

Also you can put it in a small glass and add very warm water, mix and

then down it, followed by more water.

Bee, I was wondering if you've heard about a farm in northern Ontario that

make and sells 100% organic oil of oregano from the crop they grow.

==>No, I have not heard of them. I do not know if this is true or

not, unless it is another marketing ploy, but it has been stated that

the only good oil to buy is wild from the mountains/ I'd be

interested in the Ontario farm, to find out what they know and whether

it is true about wild oregano. Do you have the name, or a website,

address, phone number, etc.?

Thanks, Bee

=> Bee, unfortunately, I don't have the information your asking. What I can

tell you is that my Shiatzy therapist used to sell it to her clients, she is no

longer practising in my area and don't know where she's moved to. I'll let you

know if I find out something.

==>Do not take anything that contains soy lecithin or lecithin, which

is commonly from soy. Buy oil of oregano, not capsules, and buy the

kind that comes from Wild Oregano - see the article on Oil of Oregano

in Antifungal Folder for a description of what to buy and brands. If

your health store doesn't carry the top 3 listed ask them to order it

for you.

Hi Bee

When you get a chance, can you please add the links for Oil of Oregano at the

bottom of the File? I don't think I will be able to order on-line but still

working on it. So far, the on-line companies don't freight to Australia! Urgh!

Still waiting to hear back from Australian Quarantine too and will let the group

know when I receive an answer. Haven't been out the last few days to check out

Clove Oil, as my boys have passed a cold on to me. Funny though, I don't feel

sick, like in the past, just kind of drained. I know I am healing and having

these down times doesn't phase me! :o)

Thanks Bee!

Hi Bee

==>What do you mean " add the links for Oil of Oregano at the bottom of

the File? " Do you mean to put it in the files after the folders as

----------

Sorry Bee, I should have been more specific! This file " Oil of Oregano " under

the " Antifungal Treatments " folder:

http://f2.grp.fs.com/v1/wO12RBKMPkYf55Ui4BWUwc10KsTsluQszm7v7XjrcHmrHFXoTHn\

jxP0Uav2yBiO1ZwAVQSzA2npm881c1b2JYI4ICJVuGGiIVg/Antifungal%20Treatments/Oil%20of\

%20Oregano.htm

At the bottom it says:

Oil of Oregano Brands

Oil of oregano brands vary greatly as to strength, which largely determines cost

- the higher the content of oregano oil the higher the price. All brands listed

below contain extra virgin olive oil. Some companies do not state the kind of

processing used to extract the oils, which is a very important factor. Later on

I will add the websites and processing methods to this list.

Sorry, I know you're busy!

WOO is wild oregano oil. It was a 1oz bottle. Yes I thought it

would be good information to add to the oregano oil file.

I dilute 1 drop Oregano oil to 4-8 drops olive oil and put it under

my tongue (I don't taste it while its under my tongue) then I chase

it with celtic salt water. I may only get a hint of the taste for a

moment and it doesn't bother my stomach. Your right its strong

stuff but it really works.
