According to Andy, if you are dosing ALA every 3 hours, you can be an

hour late and continue the round.

Basically, taking as many days off as you had 'on' is enough time. I would say

you could start again tomorrow since you chelated for less than 24 hours. If

that works for you, go for it. I can only chelate on weekends/vacations due to

school.
