Chronic Fatigue

I have been ill with chronic fatigue for 20 years. There are related

problems with this such as anger, outbursts, problems

concentrating/thinking clearly. I have had problems with digestion

(constipation - the only thing that helps with this is Magnesium).

these since childhood. Also have ringing in my ears lately. This could

be from stress. I thought these health issues might be from Candida.

I've been taking anti fungals for a few years and no improvement. Now I

think that this could be other reasons. How do I know if this is from

Candida or other sources?

I had all the amalgam in my mouth removed a few years ago. I am watching

my diet as best as I can. I don't find any difference.

Can someone direct me to someone that deals with Chronic Fatigue? I feel

hopeless at this point and don't know what to do. I can only work

part time now so I'm hoping to find something I can do that is not

expensive. I live in Calgary, Alberta.

Thanks

I think she is bedridden at this point. If anyone has any quick references that

might be helpful it would be appreciated. Also does anyone know the name of the

group that is more for adults with amalgam illness?

I have bee re-reading Andy's book again, and from what you describe mercury

toxicity could be your problem. Since I have amalgams still, it really woke

me up: the fatigue, the sciatica (which is definitely better if I take

supplements), a messed up sleep cycle, and chronic fatigue. I am trying to

get an appointment to see about getting the amalgams out. I'd like to

chelate along with my son. We'll see. You said you had your amalgams out,

but did you chelate afterward? If the bottom line of what is causing your

symptoms is mercury poisoning (and it could be from other sources), then you

could still be toxic with it. Mercury interferes with hormones. Read

Andy's book to find way to feel better while getting the answers.

Use a natural thyroid supplement, not synthetic.

No, that is not a good choice. you need natural thyroid hormone and to also

get your iodine level checked, and it would be good to get your adrenals

checked, too. But you need to find a knowledgeable healer. Don't waste

time with the mainstream. i wasted years with them telling me my test was

" within range " while my skin was so dry it was peeling and my hair was

falling out, and I couldn't even stay awake if I sat down after three PM. I

felt like I was eighty years old.

Armour thyroid and Iodoral changed my life:), but now I think my adrenals

are taxed too. More work to be done...

Your best bet is to find a DO, I think. they are more prone to listening to

symptoms and really listening to their patients rather than simply relying

on tests.

I was bedridden at one time. My advice: Throw out the bed. It is eating her

alive.

Unfortunately, probably not something you want to repeat to her. For a more

palatable answer, you could send her the link to http://www.healthgazelle.com.

Some people find information there useful.
