Now I'm wondering if the nostril spray would be better since the oral spray

we've been using sends the mB12 to the stomach. Does anyone know if the nostril

spray heads to the brain quickly or does it go to the lungs on a detour first?

We've also used the sublingual liquid, but I don't know if it's any more

effective than the oral spray.

The dissolving tablets we tried made our son too hyper, probably a sweetener in

its mix. The oral spray was easier for us.
