Excellent List:

chocolate granoloa

Lick metal objects

cinnamon and honey sticks

pistachios

macadamia nuts

unsulphured papaya

pineapples

As for kids desiring junk-food, I'll offer a story:

I read about an obese woman who could not get enough ice-cream. She loved

ice-cream. Aajonus Vonderplanetz advised that she get raw milk from grass-fed

cows and make her own ice-cream. After having eaten a lot of this healthy

ice-cream full of natural healing probiotics, and enzymes, her body naturally

lost a lot of weight without her even trying. Here, where I live, the

health-promoting type of ice-cream that I mentioned is illegal and not

available, so what is one to do when their body gets a craving for what it knows

is best for it?

The first things Summer mentioned actually have extremely high potential to do a

lot of good:

ORAC Values:

cinnamon, ground 267,536

OSR1 192,400

Raw Cacao Powder 95,500 to 26,740

cocoa 80,933

Raw Cacao Nibs 63,000 to 17,640

Mint 14,000

Dark Chocolate 13,120

Milk Chocolate 6,740

Prunes 5,770

Spearmint oil (Mentha spicata) 5,398

Blueberries 2,400

As for licking metals, chelating can involve replacing toxic metals with less

toxic metals, which might explain this craving. If I had a strong desire to

lick metals, I'd buy some healthy sources of foods that were naturally high in

the metals I most craved, or even supplements w/ bio-available metals in them.

I also crave pistachio nuts. They are, by far, the best tasting nuts around.

Nothing comes close to tasting as good as pistachios to me.

Pistachios are high in B6, B1 and Phosphorus.

B6 helps make these neurotransmitters: serotonin, epinephrine, norepinephrine

and gamma-aminobutyric acid

So, are you simply saying that we should pay attention to our cravings to

identify nutritional needs/deficiencies? That is a common topic here, just

never heard it presented this way.

Hi,

I'm for it (of It, of the " primary " research? of as much of ourselves! of what

brought us to The dance?) tempered (moderated) by our understanding, for more,

of as much, Thereof

That fellow? .. .

Glavic

Where the right " subject " is so self-moderating, of all the other, well, you

know, stuff? .. . (Some best ignored or passed up, given The choice/s, Thereof,

of being treated so, intelligently? of being so intelligent, by as much.. .

Where there's BS (injustice?) I blame the " state " (other state, not so much of

me of this and what's inside me, of my dealing with as much of having dealth

with as much as I have, as I Feel I have, oh, yeah) for that, of getting my,

*Feeling/s,* right.. . That we would love or like or want or need anything else

so much, of all there is, Thereof, of Understanding More, for our selves

Yes, I realize there are " children " (childlike folks) in our midst, that they

should pay, for as much? of our identifying them, for starters? .. . That some

wouldn't seem to be doing " their " job? .. . I Feel I'm also here to help in that

respect.. .

That should cover the more basic posts and problems, I Feel as Understand, in

serving Justness, *by as much*.. .

Thanks for having me in that respect, where this sort of thing does seem to even

out, come out? (satiate, identify, individualize, neutralize, objectify, as far

as I'm concerned, of Understanding More

Try things for what works and go with as much, (of our learning from as much,

where we would be learning and teaching so much, of The feeling/s) Oh, and

especially give y/our children and students that choice, moderated by as much,

where you'd be teaching as much, of understanding more for our selves

" On " The subject, I Feel as Understand for my self. I suspect we could help

others in that respect of being on the, so-much-of-everything edge? of The

puzzle, of helping others piece It together, Thereof

Take what you can understand of It, leave the rest for other, Thereof? should be

moderating enough I'd think, of feeling, so much, as I do, understand, of

understanding being and coming from as much, (of even if not especially

resolving our problems? of injustice and abuse, where it is) I Feel as

understand.. .

Thanks for having me on board in that respect.

Hi Pam, and others,

Take what you can from it? Leave the rest for others, for your self of as much?

I communicate for everyone in that respect, where I find censorhsip is " far "

worse, (by omission?) so I'm here, saying as much as I do, because I figure

we're not so abusive and won't be so abusive in that respect of all we can do

for each other! experiment? .. . Sorry. You might not want to be reading my

posts. Just ignore them from here on in if that's the way you feel?

Communication, of my feeling/s, where you'd want a better name for this. You

don't have to speak so everyone can understand it, (who does?) as that would be

catering to the lowest common denominator, of politics, would be sense it, of

not accepting or tolerating as much, and I don't want to be any part of that,

for whatever

Glavic

I'm finding there are a lot of actors in the political world. (I'd be flushing

them out?) Don't be one of them where you don't have to be a, phony? .. . On my

hopes for Us! Skip what you don't understand because what you don't understand

isn't what's biting you? .. . that you could intelligently respond to what you

don't understand, (for what is wrong? not likely) sheesh

For those who get It.. What I'm more about! if that helps? otherwise don't

expect a further explanation on this any time soon.. .

You could try to censor me, but that's what I'm also trying to expose (your

Feeling/s on as much, of serving Justice, Thereof

I figure someone has to do It, that Justice wouldn't be everyone's business, of

every time and place (or It wouldn't be Justice?!.

My Feeling/s on that.
