Guest guest
http://autism.asu.edu/Additional/Summarybiomed07.pdf the chart I tried to duplicate is on this site, pages 10 and 11. ----------------------------------- I'm trying to make a master chart, if we need to take everything- how much, what can we combine it with, I'd like to eventually have a dosing list stating taking before breakfast : _____________ taking with breakfast:________________ taking before lunch__________________ taking with lunch___________________ taking at 2:00pm____________ taking at 4:00pm___________________ taking before dinner_____________ taking with dinner__________________ taking 2 hours after dinner____________ Or can we whittle it down where we only need to spend 3-4 times a day taking stuff? Here's my research so far:: Anti-virals:(3 times a day-never rotate antivirals) Valtrex, Acyclovir, Famir, Olive Leaf Extract, Lauricidin/Monolaurin, Virastop, Enhansa, freeze dried garlic, LDM, Selenomethionine, naltrexone, Elderberry…..viruses was high doses of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine. Anti-bacterials: Flagyl, Vancomycin, Gentamycin, Bicillin, Coconut Kefir, colloidal silver, elderberry, sambucol Lyme: Rizol oil – Gamma and Zeta for 4 weeks (available atwww.biopureus.com ) Ramp up the dose to be at full dose for 2 weeks Dosage for adults – 120 drops / day – adjust for kids which would be 1/4 to 1/3 of dose max. After 1 month on full treatment: stop or reduce Rizol Gamma and treat Bartonella: Rizol My (20 drops tid). After 2 months reduce dose of rizols Zeta & My to 10 drops tid & treat spirochetes:add Rizol Epsilon & Jota, 10 drops tid each. Always follow rizol with absorption (biosorption): chlorella (20 tbl), chitosan (1-2 caps), zeolite (1 tsp) or charcoal (2 caps), Samento Anti-fungals: (rotate antifungals) Diflucan, Nizoral, Sporanox, Lamicil, Amphotericin B, Nystatin, Saccharomyces Boulardii, Oregano Oil, Caprylic Acid, Candex, Garlic, Alkalinization, Grapefruit Seed Extract Extract Probiotics:(on an empty stomach) Culturelle, fermented foods, coconut kefir, Threelac, Immune booster Astragalus, echinacea Nutritional Support: Meals and supplementation, ...enzymes? MEAL = SCD - Specific Carbohydrate Diet or LOD or The Caveman " Starter " Diet SUPPLEMENT DOSING Supplements................................reg.dosage for 60 lb. child...........Upper limit Vitamin A (as mixed carotenoids) 6000 IU carotnids(3000 IU A) 900 mcg ..(3000 IU) Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1000 .mg 650 mg Vitamin D(cholecalciferol) 150 IU 50 mcg (2000 IU) Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) 200 IU 300 mg (450 IU) Vitamin K 0 ND B1 (thiamin HCl) 30 mg ND B2 (riboflavin) 20mg ND B3 (niacin/niacinamide) 15 mg niacin/ 20 mg niacinamide 15 mg B5 (calcium d-pantothenate) 25 mg ND B6 (pyridoxal HCl) 40 mg***** 40 mg B12 (cyanocobalamin) 800 mcg ND Folic Acid 400 mcg 400 mcg Folinic Acid Biotin (d-biotin) 300 mcg ND Choline (choline bitartrate) 250 mg 1000 mg Inositol (inositol monophosphate) 100 mg n/a Calcium (calcium citrate) 50 mg 2500 mg Chromium (chromium chelate) 70 mcg ND Copper 0 3000 mcg Iodine (potassium iodine) 100 mcg 300 mcg Iron ** 0 40mg Lithium (lithium amino acid chelate) 500 mcg n/a Magnesium (glycinate or citrate) 150 mg 110 mg* Manganese (manganese taurate) 10 mg 3 mg Molybdenum (molybdenum chelate) 125 mcg 600 mcg Phosphorus 0 3000 mg Potassium (potassium citrate) 50 mg n/a Selenium (selenium chelate) 85 mcg 150 mcg Sulfur (MSM) 500 mg n/a Zinc (zinc citrate) 10-30 mg**** 12 mg ** Iron should be added on an individual basis only if serum ferritin tests reveal a need for iron. Suggest 5-10 mg of iron chelate for 4 weeks, followed by half that dosage afterwards Safety Note: Most vitamins are water soluble, and excess amounts of them will be safely excreted in the urine. Some vitamins (vitams A, D, E, K) are fat soluble, and excess amounts of those can build up in the body and cause toxicity if taken at high levels (above what we recommend) for a long time. Excess amounts of minerals can cause problems, and the upper limits listed above should not be exceeded without consultation with a physician or nutritionist. Zinc 50 mg per day (100% zinc) – “Twin Labs†is an example (take in the morning or at lunch) Zinc has been shown to heal the gut and to push out copper and other metals from the body. L-Carnitine - 500-1000mg per day. Carnitine helps fatty acid metabolism and seems to help process toxins assocated to an overgrowth of fungus. Niacin - Start with ultra-low doses and work up to 50mg. Carnitine helps fatty acid metabolism and seems to help process toxins assocated to an overgrowth of fungus. Cod Liver Oil – Once a day (not fish oil, but specifically cod liver oil). You can use cod liver oil pills or liquid. Iodine (Iodoral) Iodoral must be paired with Vitamin A for it to work properly. You should only take Iodine until your thyroid functions normally. Thyroid support: thyroid hormone, tyrosine selenium, iodine Adrenal support: Adrenal cortex extract Chelation: ALA, DMSA, CaEDTA SUPPLEMENT AND COMBINING..... Mito cocktail: CoQ10, Carnitine, Vitamin E, B50, Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium Take OLE and Lysine at least 2 hours apart etc... Is there already a master list somewhere? I'm guessing something like.... upon waking up, for breakfast - take the nutritional support and eat the meal. can we also take antivirals, antibacterials, antifungals, lyme stuff and chelation at this same time in the morning? Then 2 hours later it's the probiotics right? Then, 2 hours later at lunch, take everything we took at breakfast. Then at 4:00 (when everyone gets hungry here) we do a meal or snack, antivirals, antibacterials, antifungals...vitamins...etc. Then at 7-8pm we do a meal or snack (it varies) So then at 10pm we'll do the probiotics right? Can anything be given with probiotics? melatonin, gaba, ? Am I way off here? Thanks for any assistance you can offer. ....anna
