If you have more accurate diagnosis (nutritional

def/malabsorption/constipation), use that. I guess it depends on what you are

trying to bill for, but I never use autism or developmental delay. Maybe you

should contact your insurance company directly and see if you can get some

assistance.

The two ICD codes to avoid like the plaque are autism and Lyme.....any other

infection or medical condition gets reimbursed easily....how little they really

know.
