Guest guest
for ALA i follow andy's protocol, every 3 hours including two intervening nights. when i say 6hrs that's for OSR. the pb with OSR is we don't have a worked out protocol as for ALA, DMPS etc. so I just fumble by tuition with few info I have for this product. pity. what OSR did for you? it's better than DMPS? do you feel any encouraging sign with it? ________________________________ From: mromargarcia <mromargarcia@...> Sent: Mon, September 20, 2010 6:05:48 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Has anybody used OSR#1. Thoughts? Â Zoe, Have you tried to do the ALA doses closer in time? I found that even every 4 hours caused me to have bad reactions that went away when I took them every 2-3 hrs. Suggestion to try. Half the dose you are taking every 6 hrs, and take every 3 hrs. See how you feel, but you may have to take it also at night. Guest guest
Is there a way to get it? My son DAN asked us to start OSR Â and we bought for one month dose. We will be out soon. My son was getting little hiper when we started, now he looks ok with it. We are giving him for 3 weeks, do not see much change. since when the change can be noticed? Guest guest
Question is if it is lasting. That's the nice thing about chelation, no regression when you stop. It's a real fix, not a patch. TJ ________________________________ From: kerrilong81 <kerrilong81@...> Sent: Mon, September 20, 2010 7:31:49 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Has anybody used OSR#1. Thoughts? Guest guest
That's why OSR is not safe. The half life is not published, so it cannot be dosed properly. Guest guest
Stick with the proven chelators, ALA and DMSA. OSR is an unknown and can be harmful. Guest guest
so well said! thank you. osr has been a blessing at our house. From: mromargarcia <mromargarcia@...> Subject: [ ] Re: Has anybody used OSR#1. Thoughts? Date: Thursday, September 23, 2010, 4:04 PM Â , Without trying to generate a big debate, I'll say this. I used dmsa and dmsa + ALA for a few years, and my improvement was limited. Probably close to zero. Was I perfect?, probably no, but I did the best I could. I started using OSR, because a friend, who is totally cured suggested it to me. I've been on it for a month and so far, I like it a lot. I'll tell you in some time what happens. The concept of half-life is interesting. When in dmsa, I needed to take the next dose every 4 hrs so that I would not get the feeling of the mercury in my brain. With ALA, it needed to be every 2.5 hrs. I cannot explain why, but it seems that this concept does not apply that much to OSR. It's like if the mercury-OSR bond stays bonded even though some time has passed, so the available released mercury is little. If I stop taking OSR, nothing at all happens. I cannot tell you of the chemistry, but I can tell you what I feel, and I have learned that this is the ultimate court, not Andy, not Haley, Mercola, Klinghart or anybody else. I only speak from my personal experience. People should choose whatever is best for them. To me, it seems that there is more than one truth around.
