You don't have to take vitamins and minerals at the same time as your dose of

chelator.

As long as you are giving supporting supplements during the day.

Subject: [ ] DMSA with Ala + Zinc?

Hello everyone:

This morning I was reading the diary I kept in 2002, when I first started

Chelation and I wrote that I has giving Mickie DMSA with ALA and Zinc together,

because ALA will deplete Zink and cause Copper to elevate to toxic levels.

Is this necessary if he is taking Zinc with other vitamins and minerals at a

different time from the Chelators?

Thank you,

Zurama
