This ALA stands for Alpha Linolenic Acid, not alpha lipoic acid. You are fine

to continue.

to determine how much of the supplements he is currently on, I found out that

CARLSON COD LIVER OIL contains " ALA " . We have been giving him 2.5 ml of cod

liver oil everyday for the last 8 months which means that he has been getting

20mg of ALA everyday. I am very concerned about redistribution. What should i do

now? Did anyone else know about ALA being in Carlson cod liver oil?
