How long between HBOT sessions?

Hi All,

Just wanted to know what is the recommended break between sessions?

We have just completed 40 sessions and are looking to start again in 4 weeks. We

did 1.5ATA at 100% and no side effects.

4 weeks sounds like a good time span, l would just recommend going a litlle more

pressure....at least 2 ATA.-100%-

According to the study, oxygen can get toxic, especially if Hbot is done at

higher pressure and for longer than 60min at a time.
