Guest guest
A 3 day round is 72 hours so the last dose is given on the 72th hour. I would stop a round immediately if there were nausea and high fever. Guest guest
The reasons to stop a round would be vomiting, extreme lethargy, or fever of 102 or higher. You must also stop a round if you miss the next dose by more than an hour.
