Hello All

My son does great every morning but by afternoon is very tired. With

chelation his attention span has greatly improved but the teacher at school says

he is often tired at afternoon.I wonder if it is a long day or boredom or he

needs more energy or some supplement that can help.He does not eat a whole lot

at lunch time ....well he hardly eats at school.Anyone suggestions

Thanks

My son used to crash at about 10AM every day. I found chromium picolinate to

help. I would give it to him at breakfast. I think you would probably want to

somehow get him to take it with every meal. Plus, eat more at lunch, period.

For us, that is adrenal fatigue. We use Adrenal Cortex Extract for that.
