Guest guest
Our two year old tested positive for Dientamoeba fragilis which seems to be mainly a GI parasite, residing in the large intestines causing bloating, irritability, food sensitivities/allergies, weight loss, etc. I read that while adults can carry this and be asymptomatic, 90% of children result in disease. I've also read that it's very hard to get rid of. Less than 4 months ago we all did a parasite cleanse with Humaworm and he is still showing positive for this parasite so I don't know, if he was somehow reinfected or if the cleanse didn't touch it. There are people trying RXs like flagyl and just like our other son who had Clostridia, the infection returns in time. BioRay makes a product Artmesia & Cloves, which claims to deal with this parasite, but I have also seen comments from people who used wormwood (artmesia) and cloves with no success. The Humaworm cleanse for kids that we did with him doesn't contain the Artmesia/Wormwood, and I called them about this missing ingredient. They said they have studied it extensively and came to the conclusion that it is not safe for children, that it is a hallucinogenic. So we avoided it. I don't like using prescriptions, so I would like to find a natural way to address this with a two year old. I've thought he had a parasitic infection for a long time which is why we did the parasite cleanse as soon as he turned two, but obviously that didn't take care of the problem. He's always been low weight, barely on the growth charts, a slow grower, but he eats almost CONSTANTLY! He is irritable and bloats severely some days. Lately he has also had a combination of constipation and loose stools, so I would say he has been symptomatic. Any experience with this out there? Guest guest
We used W-W from PureHerbs, perhaps check those ingredients and see if those will work. Guest guest
Consider also anti-biofilm treatments and possibly chelation as helpful in addition. Guest guest
I am pretty sure that humaworm includes artemisiae and cloves among a bunch of other herbs. We have had great success with flagyl and also mepron, both antiparasitics and antiprotozoals for my son. Flagyl and mepron both improved stools and mepron led to major gains in eliminating hyperacusis, healed his gut and also healed his balance which was causing gross motor delays. Are you sure you are dealing with clostridia or just seeing bacterial markers on the OAT? Many families think they are dealing with clostridia, when in reality, the OAT indicates any anaerobe. Guest guest
For parasites try w-w from pure herbs,it can be taken orally or just rubbed into feet,we give it 4 days before and after full moon, parasites take at least 9 months to get rid off,and we treat our son every full moon.homeopathic remedy cina also helpful. we also use a rife machine.you should look up hulda clarkes web site good info there,or have you read tenna merchents book, really shows how destructive parasites can be On Sun, Feb 13, 2011 at 1:12 AM, Caryn_Reid <caryn_reid@...> wrote: > > > I am pretty sure that humaworm includes artemisiae and cloves among a bunch > of other herbs. Guest guest
We have him on round 22 of chelation (Andy Cutler protocol) and we have used the biofilm protocol, so maybe I will add in an anti-parasitic and do the biofilm protocol again. Guest guest
We have never done an OAT with our two year old. This is the only test, besides a hair test, that we have done with him. We did the Humaworm cleanse about 4 months ago and either he's been reinfected or it didn't address this problem. Although, we didn't have any previous testing done to know his status before the cleanse. Our five year old did have Closridia (HPHPA on OAT) and confirmed on a stool test as Clostridia sp. +2 out of a possible +4, after about a year of fighting it down, but only succeeding with the biofilm/natural route. He has a completely clean stool test now. Guest guest
When you speak of Biofilm protocols are you omitting the EDTA? According to Dr. Cutler, EDTA should not be used in mercury toxic kids. Guest guest
NO EDTA! Interfase without the EDTA is what we use. It worked wonders for my 5 year old's clostridia problem! > > > > > > > > > > Our two year old tested positive for Dientamoeba fragilis which seems to > > > > be mainly a GI parasite, residing in the large intestines causing bloating, > > > > irritability, food sensitivities/allergies, weight loss, etc. I read that > > > > while adults can carry this and be asymptomatic, 90% of children result in > > > > disease.
