Guest guest
How does the niacinamide help with candita? I've never heard of this. I seem to do better with my yeast when I'm on a round than when I'm off it. I use biotin (20gm 3 or 4 times a day and GSE) but the yeast is still bad. Guest guest
Follow the 1st link & the scientific study is said to show that " In the current study, researchers found that niacinamide directly disrupted key Candida reproductive enzymes leading to weaker strains of Candida, an inability to form infectious biofilms, and gross aberrations in the DNA of Candida. This is all good news for humans and bad news for Candida. Niacinamide is virtually free of side effects as long as a total dose does not pass 3,000 mgs per day. " Well, I may not know about Candida's DNA or sex enzymes, but it sure is working great for my mouth. Man, I needed that too! You guys aught to spread the word! It's better than biotin for me. It's cheap too, but so is biotin. > > How does the niacinamide help with candita? I've never heard of this. > > I seem to do better with my yeast when I'm on a round than when I'm off > it.
