Guest guest
I haven't tried any except for molybdenum. If you are looking for a copper reduction by adding molybdenum, that could take 4 months (on labs). Guest guest
We usually try something for two weeks. Only adding one thing at a time. Guest guest
Is that to test for tolerance/intolerance or to look for actual improvements? or both? Guest guest
That's the rule we use to see if it is doing anything. Intolerance you would know within a couple of days. I'm not going to continue if the supplement is making them aggressive, or physical reactions like BM problems etc... Guest guest
Oh, I get the whole intolerance thing. I'm not one to continue a supplement that has negative reactions just to see if I get some positives, too. I was wondering what you do with that supplement after 2 weeks if you see nothing? That is a pretty common scenario over here. My son is typically not a reactor at all, and I question some of what I have in our regimen for that reason. How do you weed out what is doing its job even though you don't see overt signs and what is a waste? There are some supplements, like zinc and molybdenum, that might need more time to do their work at a cellular level. Guest guest
Some supplements you just give because, like zinc, a multi, fish oil, antioxidants, probiotics, etc... The supps I'm talking about giving two weeks and seeing if they do anything are like extra B6, B12, Vinpocetine, stuff like that. This one was VERY beneficial for my kids, for several different reasons. > Molybnenum-1 caps divided a.m p.m Probably three months. If no improvements, remove.
