talk about neurotic me!! crisis averted, he decided he needed some garlic???

had a clove with some milk ( now i read it can move mercury around - just

marvellous, thank god hes on a round!!) and I also found a pot of enhansa, hes

had one of those, voila no nausea feeling much better, must have been yeast

after all. Think i'll keep them both on enhansa a while, ds 2 has been so

aggressive and manic this morning and screamed for 2 hours, i gave him an

enhansa too and he has calmed down quite considerably, interesting stuff, had

the pot a while, just never got round to using it!! glad I saved it now

thx em

How much Vitamin C is he talking?

When I take under 3,000mg/day while ON round I get very dark circles under my

eyes. I figure its from to much oxidation because of the mercury and the

antioxidant from the Vitamin C stops this.

Yeast will always be a problem at some point while detoxing. I try to stay away

from anything high in carbs. Also milk + garlic don't mix together even if you

aren't mercury poisoned. I once had that milk when I was younger and not mercury

poisoned and it still gave me horrible nausea. I recommend staying away from

milk also. The stuffs got so many antibotic residues and horomones left over in

it. If humans drink milk it should atleast be Raw...which unfortunely the FDA

has made illegal to sell. Do some research for yourself on milk here in North

America vs Samalia, etc . Definitely isn't as good for you as most people think.

I for got to add that i also gave him an extra gram of vit c when I gave him the

enhansa, hes usually on 3 grams (divided doses) a day. I'll keep up an

increased amount of vit c in future too.

he doesnt really drink much milk, tbh its always been something that i've

discourgaed, I prefer for them to find calcium from more natural sources beans

etc, I think he just used it to take the heat out the garlic, ours is organic

(definately - it goes off in 3 days), so less mank in it, but I agree, still not

great.

thank you, emma
