Canker sores/ Lysine/ Arginine - a few questions

1. If canker sores are herpes, and I give Lysine, will bacteria get worse?

2. If I give Arginine along with Lysine will it still kill the herpes?

3. If I should give Arginine along with Lysine, would it be 2:1?
