There are some general thoughts on fighting infection here:

Below it are links to some specific things I did, like poultice and hot-and-cold

treatments.

I did try to google up some info on the infection you listed but was unable to

find anything. I wonder if you misspelled it or if you need to post the full

name of the bug?

This bacteria (Vibrio cholerae) is associated with cholera. Been there, done

that, NOT fun. If you arent looking at antibiotics, Id try good probiotics like

culturelle, or ones that have Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Zinc is also

helpful for the diarrhoea of thats an issue. That and staying hydrated.
