Guest guest
Can you tell me the side effects your son had from the magnesium? I'm asking because I started my daughter on the oil from Ancient Minerals over the weekend and she was very stimmy and her eyes were dialated, which we haven't seen in a while. However, she did have some good bursts in language. And it did seem to be itchy, so I think she needs it. Maybe a different type would be better for her? Thanks for your help. > > > > Can someone tell me the type and brand of magnesium that they think > > has benefitted them? I am having a hard time finding one for my son. Guest guest
I find magnesium glycinate for oral ingestion. Long epsom salts baths are also very good. Could it still be contributing to candida (like naturally > sweet vegetables do)? +++Hi April, I do not recommend take any other form of magnesium other than citrate, so if you are doing my program you need to get the correct kind. All carbs (all plant foods) feed candida but it is unnecessary and impractical to eliminate all of them including low carb/sugar vegetables. That's why the vegetables on this program are the lowest in carbs/sugars. Bee
