Guest guest
Why? [ ] Cutler protocol - 46 rounds and pausing Good evening Hope things are going well We have done 46 straight rounds, 84 on / 84 off We have decided we will stop for 4 weeks and see what happens Any comments regarding if we are doing the right thing? Guest guest
Not the right thing, there is a stall period everyone experiences between 30-50 rounds or more where no gains are seen, the Gains will begin again. It takes anywhere from 150-300 Rounds to realize all gains why prolounge the process?? > > Good evening > > Hope things are going well We have done 46 straight rounds, 84 on / 84 off > > We have decided we will stop for 4 weeks and see what happens > > Any comments regarding if we are doing the right thing? > > Best wishes > > >
Guest guest
It was becasue many people say gains appear when you stop for a few weeks, and we have not stopped for nearly a year. Also we think there may be some benefit in letting her body have a break and simply to see what happens From: ideals04@... Guest guest
I agree, taking a break can refresh everybody and help maintain the long term commitment required Mandi in UK In a message dated 22/02/2011 14:43:22 GMT Standard Time, phaselow@... writes: I feel differently than the others who have posted. Go for a short break as long as you are committed to restarting it again. Perhaps start something new like an antiviral? Use the time to do other things? I say 'no harm'. Guest guest
There is no harm in stopping but your just prolonging the process unecessairily. A break and restart will not bring about some miraculous gains that would not appear if you just continuie chelating. > > > > > > Good evening > > > > > > Hope things are going well We have done 46 straight rounds, 84 on / 84 off > > > > > > We have decided we will stop for 4 weeks and see what happens > > > > > > Any comments regarding if we are doing the right thing? > > > > > > Best wishes > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
If I hadn't taken a break, I'd no longer be chelating because the physical side effects/yeast, etc., were so hard on my girl that I could not see the gains or even tell that it was doing anything other than making her miserable. Six weeks off round showed me that yes, it was. I think some children, especially more severe children like mine, need breaks, actually. I'm even planning on a four week break in April when my husband gets back from his deployment just to let her body heal. I want to get this garbage out of her, but I don't want to unnecessarily make her miserable, either. and , just turned 8, 23 rounds completed since last spring
Guest guest
I think you are doing the right thing , we have had good results taking breaks and I think there is value in allowing some rest and renewal. I know it sounds funny, but when I am on a regular chelating schedule and take a break, my body feels like it is chelating when I am " supposed to " do it again. I think to a lesser extent, the chelation continues on break. I would suggest starting at a slightly lower dose IF your child is quite reactive/sensitive to the chelators. Our startups after breaks have been worse rounds than those rounds before the breaks, but it goes okay after that. I will continue allowing my child to take breaks, periodically. > > Good evening > > Hope things are going well We have done 46 straight rounds, 84 on / 84 off > > We have decided we will stop for 4 weeks and see what happens > > Any comments regarding if we are doing the right thing? > > Best wishes > > >
