Does anyone know if this is a good enzyme, brand, etc.?

I'm shopping for a good one right now. We've taken Source Naturals in the past,

but I want to find one formulated for kids with some probiotics thrown in. Now

that I think of it, this may not be a good one if it's shipped to me with out

refrigeration, since the heat from shipping could kill off the probiotics.

Any other recommendations? I do have access to a healthfood store with

refrigerated probiotics. I would like to learn how to grow my own in the form

of a tea or via young coconut.

You can order the coconut water and enzymes to make kefir from

www.bodyecology.com.

We have used Kirkman's and Houston Neutraceuticals (Houston Enzymes). I

recommend the NO Fenol and Tre-Enza, but I often use the Enzymedica brand

you can get at Whole Foods. I think the Gluten Ease one works best for my

son.

You can order the No Fenol from Houston Enzymes which helps with the high

phenolic in GSE.

I also use the Enzymedica Enzyme Gold.
