Guest guest
Do not do a urine test if she is asking you to do a challenge urine test!! Urine metal tests are usually only useful to a doctor if they are using a challenge test. Hair tests are MUCH safer and tell you much more, especially if you are considering AC chelation. As far as the supplement goes, there is nothing in there that will chelate the metals. It doesn't have anything harmful in it, but I know most of my patients don't have extra money to throw at supplements (looked like it was $50 for a month). I would find out why she wants you to use it first and then look to see if there are other supplements that would be cheaper to do the same thing. That's just my opinion.
