When to increase dose of dmsa in 3y/o

My 3y/o son is in round 2 of oral dmsa. He was diagnosed with ASD at 2 and 1/2.

His hair test showed high arsenic thus led me in this direction. I started with

Andy's recommendation of 1/8 mg per lb. I am supplementing every 4 hours during

day with what Andy suggests. He is doing well so far, we have seen increased

fascination with objects over the last 2 weeks but other than that he seems to

be tolerating it. I have noticed some drowsiness this round and wanting to be

cuddled (loving this!). No wow factor stuff. Any insight on increasing dosage

would be helpful. Also opinions on when to check urine and labs and what is

necessary. Thanks!
