Guest guest
Dear Listmates: If there is someone more knowledgeable than me. We are doing AC Protocol, and things are going really well (except for increased stimming at times, which bothers me more than it does my son, I'm sure. I reviewed all his supplements, and am wondering if I am giving too much of something and not enough of other things. the things that don't have notations are contained in a multi mineral or multi vitamin, and I'm wondering if they are redundant and I should just stop the multi's. In writing it out, it seems he is on so much. Most of the A, E, and Omega's come from Fish oil or EFA (flax). I am also wondering if I can give more L-theanine as this seems to calm him down when he is really hyper. Any info would be appreciated. I can't help it, the stimming makes me think I've missed something. It may just be metals or yeast, but I want to be sure I'm not under or over using something.
