zink low but suplimenting with zink

Hello All

I gave difrent forms of zink to my son for his leeking issues but when we did

lab test blood for zink zink was low agai .

can some one tell me what can be the cos of deficit again do i use the wrong

form of zink or there is ather reason for it.Leeking steel in place

unfortunately.
