You were wise to wait.  You can file for an exemption (that would be my

preference) or, if you still want to immunize, check wth your school system or

State DPH to see what shots are needed for school entry (there may be a list

online).  Keep spreading the shots way out. I would forego the flu shot. Also,

if your child is even mildly sick, postpone. Egg allergies, I believe, are

basis for a medical exemption.

Good luck,

Dear Group,

We stopped all vaccinations for our daughter at 6 months. She has now turned 4

years old and we would like opinions as to whether it is " safe " to consider

vaccinations and for those that support this, which are the necessary vaccines

to consider (life threatening etc) VS optional.

Best Regards

I would just skip them. What is poison for one is poison for all, whether it is

immediately noticed or is noticed later. I know few people who are like myself,

who have actually restricted their diets and chelated themselves and are now

living in better health than they EVER did in their lives. It is an experience

that gives me confidence that I can speak strongly on this subject. I wish I

was never vaccinated.

It's not safe. Adults have vaccine reactions. See Gulf War Syndrome.

None of them are necessary. Most childhood diseases she's past the risk of

getting now. Anything else is preventable with good health, a healthy diet,

hygeine, taking vitamin d in the winter and so on.

Here is what I generally tell people:

go here and read the vaccine page:

http://www.freewebs.com/mercurybabies/

Then see if you want to put that junk into your child.

Exemptions are fairly easy to file.

I've actually heard of a 19 y.o. man was in the military -- he had high

functioning Aspergers before he was vaccinated by the military and after

vaccination (I think it was a vax for anthrax), he was plunged into

low-functioning ASD.

Honestly, I have no intention whatsoever of vaccinating my kids.

" Safe " would be to eat good, healthy, fresh foods; diligently practice good

hygiene; boost your immune system; plenty of sleep; outdoors (for vit D);

minimize pollutants at home; consider what/why your motivation is to vaccinate

your child, and re-familiarize yourself with the side effects of the vaccines

and if it's worth it. To me, it's a crap shoot.

In CA, the public school system is telling parents that it is " mandatory " to

have their child vaccinated with Tdap for whooping cough. Nowhere in their

communications to me did they offer a waiver. I visited the school nurse to

sign one though. I've taught and drilled my daughter about keeping herself

healthy while attending public school.

Here, in CA, we don't have the option to pick and choose what of the Tdap to

have injected--no pertussis-only vaccine. With the system, it's all or nothing.

My doctor was not supplied with anything but the cocktail. Wonder why. Sadly,

my doc didn't have an answer for me.

That's because it doesn't come that way. No pertussis only, no diphtheria

only only tetanus only (with thimerosal).
