Vitamin D and sleeping issues

We have tried giving our daughter (ASD, 7 years, AC chelation approx. 100

rounds) Vitamin D on 2 occassions now. Both times it seems to affect her sleep

(as in awake by 3 am) after a week or two . From googling this doesn't seem to

be a common side effect so I'm wondering whether it just means that she doesn't

need it or is there something else going on?

Thanks,

Jenene.

Vitamin D is an anti-viral, and when I gave it to my son, it caused a lot of

yeast. Try giving it with increased yeast protocol, see if that helps.

Your dose might have been too high, because too much vitamin D caused headache

and sleep problems here.

Did you have her D level checked? Do you live at a latitude that doesn't get

enough sunlight? 3 am waking may be associated with liver issues. Are you

doing something to support her liver? are you using D2 or D3?
