Guest guest
Hi Isa Have you started your son on the supplements mentioned in >3. If not i would suggest that as a starting point starting wih one at a time, just to make sure he has no problems tolerating them, leave a gap of about a week between adding in the next supplement. If these supplements are already established then your workings out are correct but what are the size of the capsules they come in? I started on 5mg of each, it was just easier to measure out that amount as the capsules came in 25mg size, so just divided a capsule into 5. I also do 3 hourly as per AC protocol but extend this to 4 hours during the night which many people do. I have been doing weekend rounds starting at 4pm on a friday and ending at 8am Monday morning but now i am homeschooling my son so am going to chelate him Monday morning through to Thursday evening. Hope that helps x > > From: isaguzmandiaz2@... > Date: Sun, 16 Jan 2011 17:03:06 +0000 > Subject: [ ] Defining ala/dmsa dosage > > Hi all, > I am almost ready to start chelating my 6yo. He weights 48.5 pounds, but l am rounding it to 48. I am calculating the lowest dose, 1/8 mg or 0.125 mg x 48 lbs, this gives me 6mg ALA, 6 mg DMSA every 3 hours, day and night. > > Three questions: > 1. Can someone please confirm my start up dose as correct? > 2. I am a little weary about dmsa, what signs should l be alert to in order to understand he does not tolerate it well? > 3. This are the supplements l am getting ready, please tell me if this are ok (I couldn't find the supplement recommendations in the files section): magnesium, zinc, calcium, CLO, vit b complex, adrenal cortex, melatonin, digestive enzymes, candex, biotin, d-lactate free probiotic from custom, glycine, lysine, vitamin C, milk thistle, epsom bath salts. Of course, all distributed along the day and following basic rules like " antimicotics away from probiotics " , etc. > > Thank you guys for your time. > Isa > > Enviado desde mi oficina móvil BlackBerry® de Telcel > > ------------------------------------ > > ======================================================= >
