The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a federal law bars lawsuits against drug

makers over serious side effects from childhood vaccines.

Why are they immune, and we all get stuck holding the bag without even being

given real full disclosure? Our financial lives lie in ruins while other

families line up like lambs to the slaughter. If the SC won't listen then

it is time to be anti-vaccine if they are not going to provide for the

children damaged. It is time to Boycott.

If I had known the truth about vaccines, the amount the VICP has paid out,

and the immunity to litigation afforded doctors and drug companies, I would

have told them they could stick them in their......

That is TWICE now in a year that I am disgusted and ashamed of the SC.

Do you see what happened in Egypt? Do you see how it is spreading? What

has happened repeatedly throughout history when the middle class disappears

and the masses become disenfranchised?

The sad part here is that with all those viruses they keep in reserve " for

experimentation " ...... if their profits drop too low..... THEY will be the

ones to unleash the next pandemic and start a panic. They will do ANYTHING

for profit. When you have damaged/poisoned a whole generation of children,

what else won't you do?

In the series, of YouTube videos associated with this post, (that it might still

be there, somewhere) I especially found the one where Wakefield called

the decision by authorities condemning (denouncing/demeaning) further research

(and us?) as disgraceful, on what links there might be between vaccines and

autism, especially enerviating.. .

It is a national disgrace, (if not worse?) and perhaps worthy of a revolution

(insurrection? Hey) Certainly worthy of justice in that respect, I figure.

(Where the state doesn't do justice?) Something is especially sinful and

criminal in all that is going on (on many levels, and in many ways, I Especially

figure) is my sense of it, especially where so many question remain unanswered,

or are censored in the first place.. . Me thinks (Feels) that's the bigger

problem of our problems

My initial issue was that families have no recourse other than the vaccine

court. But after reading the article, my concern is this line . . .

" Scalia confirmed that outcome Tuesday. He said that when a vaccine is properly

prepared and is accompanied by proper directions and warnings, lawsuits over its

side effects are not allowed under the 1986 law. "

In other words, regardless of the side effects, up to and including death, you

are not entitled to sue outside the vaccine court which were set up to protect

vaccine manufacturers.

In many cases, parents must immunize their kids to get access to schools and

various programs. So they make immunizations mandatory, then say that you can't

file a lawsuit elsewhere even if something goes horribly wrong and the vaccine

court disregards the evidence or gives a woefully inadequate settlement.

If I choose to take an antibiotic, I have a choice among many agents or I can

say no thanks. And if something goes wrong, regardless of whether it's in the

warnings or not, I'm not sent to a special court. I don't think that peds

routinely go over the warnings or give a copy to the parents to consider.

The implications for the flu shot, Gardisil are frightening.

Me thinks (feels) if you take all inhumane actions,laws ect. that are recently

being fast tracked and faster by the day and try to put them on roads heading

towards the same destination of one major highway to dead end at what? To me I

see depopulation as the only answer to all. These fellow human beings are as

smart as we are and DO know what happens when heavy metals get in our bodies and

have found endless ways to deliver such to hurt fellow human beings with such

knowledge.Snail pace holocost? I said 18years ago after the discovery of 1 of my

3 children had autism, that somebody knew what is causing this and they are not

going to pay for it. (ins, gov.so on)

You could be right. If it's what you feel, it's right in that respect, that

anything else should matter in how to deal with as much? (as everything? so

meaningful? .. . call it a brain burp if you will.. .

I figure that has something to do with serving justice if not such justice.

I figure your question needs to be addressed for justice to be served! that I

don't know what justice is.. .

I agree, that ignorance is not (or should not be) the basis of the issue, (of

our malaise, or demise?) and much remains to be answered for, that *justice*

would be served, that anything else should matter.. .

I do think you are right. I think it is a way for them to " reduce the

surplus population. " I do think that at the bottom line that is what it is

really about. How many of these kids will get to have children of their

own?

For us, our son is the ONLY male to carry on the family name. isn't that

familiacide or something?

That's just it. We were not given proper warning. We were not given full

disclosure. We were not given the opportunity for " informed consent. " I

emphatically stated that my son was NOT to be given thimerosal-containing

vaccines. the doc and I went round and round. then she said she had to

leave the room a minute. Then she came back and said okay, and when I asked

about the ingredients, she revealed nothing.

My son immediately lost speech. The next morning was a nightmare as he did

not wake me and I found him staring blankly into space in his crib. When I

scooped him up, he went limp like a rag doll. I called the doctor frantic.

She just kept telling me to calm down and I was overreacting blah, blah,

blah. But I still didn't even go to that place inside my head thinking she

lied aobut the ingredients. I would take him inot the docotr's and at one

point she said, " Lots of boys lose speech at this age " like it was normal!

By the following December we took him to a speech and language clinic.

since he wouldn't even respond to his name anymore, we thought he might be

deaf as after the shots, he started getting ear infections all the time and

had one burst ear drum.

She still put us off and wouldn't even write down our concerns. but at the

speech/language clinic they ran a lot of tests, and they suggested to us

that he had autism. My husband scooped him up and ran out of the room. He

was in denial for a while after that.

I called the doctor back and told her what the clinic said, and she said,

" they shouldn't have told you that. " Then I said, was there thimerosal in

the shots you gave him that day? "

And she kind of laughed and said, " well, he..he..well, yes. " I was livid.

Things got even worse after that. it was as if she knew she could do

whatever she wanted and she couldn't be sued! She wouldn't report the

reaction to VAERS. She kept denying there was one. I said, my son has not

said a single word since the shots. he won't even look me in the eye. He

doesn't answer to his name. He walks on his tippy toes, and he doesn't

sleep anymore and wakes screaming for up to two hours every night.

It was a nightmare! The following March, he got his first bout of

pneumonia. He's had a total of eight. He's had numerous bouts of strep and

radiating staph. He suffered debilitating constipation and has mega colon

from it. He suffered excruciating stomach pains until we learned about the

diet.

Our son would have staring spells that were frighteningly like catatonia.

It would scare me nearly to death.

It is absurd that in a country that says it is free and that it is a

democracy, that children can't get justice. Now even the SC is corrupt.

I'm so sick of it! I never thought I would ever feel like I had lost faith

in my own country.

Is there any other with better preservation of parental rights, the right

not to vaccinate, and the right to seek justice, or is this as good as it

gets?

My son is markedly better after a lot of hard work and our life savings

plus.... No we get to live paycheck to paycheck while some drug lords live

in mansions and drive big cars?

What do we do when the Supreme Court is wrong!? How do we bring down the

Goliaths and show them for what they really are? CHILD POISONERS.

If only we could win enough public support such that no one would want to

own stock in any of them!

Next they will take away our supplements and force us all to be hooked on

their drugs.

This sounds just like my son's case!!! He is now 12 and I am still very angry!!!

He had every sign of encephalitis/encephalopathy after vaccines. What they call

" autism " is the residual damage from this. They injure our children and then

deny even their rehabilitation. Very sad indeed. Ada.
