Yep, someone said somewhere (not sure if on this forum) that it looks like bits

of toilet paper.

Hopefully this isn't too much questioning, but 1) are you taking antifungals?

and 2) are you having a lot of the " weblike stuff, " or is just bits here and

there?

white stools

I know this has been talked about before? But weblike stuff in the

toilet is probably candida, right?

I have taken pretty much every type of anti fungal in the past and

never recall seeing anything like this. I am currently taking

kolorex, candex, and diatomaceous earth. It has been almost every

morning for about a week and it is pretty abundant. There is white

all over the stool.

Dear Greg,

This very thing happened to me, but it was after taking a round of

Activia last year. Also, I had quite a bit of stringy, more definite

shapes, as well as the white, cottony-like material. It took several

days for it to stop.

I bet the diatomaceous earth is helping. I have heard that it is very

effective against things like this in the gut. I took Candex for a long

time, and never got that kind of result...

I don't know about you, but I felt GREAT seeing all of that OUT, instead

of thinking about it IN!!!

Okay, I'll have to try those products!

I did try Candex in the past and it never did anything, so it must be one of the

two other products that's helping you.

Are you strickly following the diet?

Thanks.

After being very strict on the diet for a year and a half and not

seeing much result, I started slacking on it a bit. In the past few

monthes I have stayed well under 100g carbs a day, but not the normal

30g I have gotten used to. I have also had a few carb pig outs here

and there at some gatherings with lots of good food and no clear

results showing me to avoid tasty food.

I have been feeling especially bad these past few monthes too and I

think I blame the baking soda therapy that I was trying. I took it at

least 2 hours away from meals, but I still think it was a bad idea and

I recommend against anyone doing this. It lessened my acid reflux

(which is a huge problem for me) and calmed my anxiety, but I felt

weaker each day on it.

I have taken the candex before, in fact I am currently using a bottle

that I never finished from about a year ago. I never noticed the

white stools from that before. It does noticeably loosen up morning

bm's and seems to help with constipation, more so than psyllium in my

case. It seems that the morning after taking candex, and I could just

sleep forever, which could be die off. If it is something else, I am

not sure what it could be considering it is only enzymes. Also, I

have taken candizyme in the past which is another high dose enzyme

blend with more proteases than cellulases, and I don't really know

what difference either of those happen to have on candida, but

candizyme seems to let me completely unload in the mornings, often

times relieving me of my bloating, if even for just the first half

hour after getting up. Maybe I should try that stuff again. At the

very least the morning bm's were great from it.

I have also been taking about 100mg of zinc daily because I have poor

copper metabolization and it is also supposed to be pretty good for

helping your body fight candida, but I have never heard of it directly

killing large visible amounts.

If I had to guess what I was taking that was causing the white stools,

I think it would probably be the kolorex. It is recommended to be

taken with meals, but I think it is just because it goes down pretty

hard. I think I am doing more damage to the bad guys when I take it

away from meals.

I also have thought that it might just be the white powdery

diatomaceous earth, which I still think is quite likely. The only

thing that makes me question that is that the white stuff is weblike,

not just powdery. The DE does not explain that. Plus I have been

taking DE for a while and the white stuff appeared more recently.

I guess I should try cutting down to one treatment to determine the

causative factor, but I don't want to slow progress. If this is truly

candida coming from me though, the copious amounts make it no wonder

that I have been feeling so aweful.

Thanks for all the info.  I went to a local supplement store for Kolorex and

they don't carry it anymore due to it not selling.  I ended up ordering a bottle

online and have confidence in it specifically since it's made in New Zealand and

not the US!!!  lol  Sounds silly, but I feel like down there, they'd be more for

curing the person, not trying to make a buck from a person.  We'll see.  I'll

post back after a few weeks of being on it.

Oh, and the Candex never EVER helped with my BMs.  Sometimes I wonder if my

primary problem is just lack of probiotics.  I keep upping the amounts I take.

Now I'm at 60 billion viable cells per day.

a shortage of bile and what can I do?

It can be a liver issue. I used milk thistle and taurine to support the liver.

Do you give Dairy-Free or other food/drink that is colored white? Most of them

use titanium dioxide for the white color, and that can make the bm look white.

My 19 yr old daughter started getting white stools yesterday. She's

at college and got her 2nd hep B vaccine in November.

She hasn't been vaccinated the last 9 years but is taking a course

where they're going to Botswana this spring and a whole @#$%load of

vaccines are required.

Just saying, hoping to get some sort of feedback or references to

read up on to balance out what the doc tells her tomorrow.

When my son had white stools it was what I believe to be that his liver/gall

bladder could not process fats correctly. When we addressed that, it stopped.

HepB vaccines can, and often do, affect the liver.

If it were me or my child, we would not be getting those vaccines.

Even if it meant forgoing the trip.

Well it's not up to my wife and me anymore, she's 19. To her credit

as soon as it happened she started looking on the internet and

immediately thought about the heb b vaccine.

I know, it's scary when they have to be out there making decisions. I have a

soon to be 18 yr old niece. She had a reaction to a psych med her family MD put

her on for PMS! Horrendous. To her credit, she's refused Gardisil so far.

Your daughter did look into it, so that's really good. She's learning. Just like

the rest of us - sometimes the hard way.

The one thing I would be taking in her shoes right now is milk thistle. And

consulting with a good homeopathic doctor to help heal whatever the vaccine

damaged.

Best to you and yours,
