Guest guest
Red ears is often a response to phenols, might want to try No-Fenol by Houston Enzymes. I also have very cold hands and feet. Thyroid and iron levels test as normal. My PCP didn't have any suggestions either. S S Re: Red ears lobe and cold, cold, cold hands! Guest guest
A few of things cause red ears here: food allergies, most notably phenolic foods, gluten, casein, soy. Another is heat. My son has never sweat normally since his vac reaction, so too much time out in the sun brings bright red cheeks and ears. Cold hands could be thyroid.
