Guest guest
Well, you can tell her that the reason a booster was needed was precisely because the one vaccine was found not to work. But I highly recommend you not spend time trying to find studies for other people. Invariably they will pooh-pooh them after all your hard work. In fact, if people are really curious, they would research it themselves. Google is a great tool. Suggest she look it up herself. It took me five seconds to find "chicken pox vaccine failure" straight from our government. Third link down. Guest guest
I just posted this here but want to be sure no one misses it. Guest guest
Hi, My son just turned 7 and was diagnosed with ASD at 2.5. He is doing great progress on all fronts using intensive therapies. We are debating on whether or not to give him the chickenpox shot, he never had one before and has never had the disease as well. I read that Chickenpox does not have thimerosol. Please advise if my son could regress because of this chickenpox shot. Regards G
Guest guest
I can't say if your son would regress but had I known (checked diligently) what chickenpox was my kids would never have gotten shots. When I was growing up in Russia we never had many of these vaccines. I had chickenpox, mumps when I was a kid and rubella at 16 and I survived all of it, quite alive and well now. I have friend in London who several years ago organized playdate for her child with a child who had chickenpox so her kid could just have it. That's my input. I would not do it. ________________________________ From: gaurav_jain_lc <gaurav_jain_lc@...> Sent: Fri, February 4, 2011 10:49:49 PM Subject: [ ] Chickenpox vaccine Hi, My son just turned 7 and was diagnosed with ASD at 2.5.
