I love real salt. i get the little mini packets and take them with me through

the day.

I also get in alot of seaweed, miso , and i am trying to take my minerals with

a little bit of fat.

I am really realizing the organisms are eating our minerals all the time, as

well as with chelation.

We need to replenish through out the day and also add some fat.

(May be what is behind some of the liposomal products)

Note: Even if you are taking mineral supplements, yeast growing systemically

throughout our body consume minerals faster than we can take them in. If you

suffer with candidiasis, chances are you're slightly anemic and very deficient
