Dosage for Methyl-Mate Spray?

Can someone please help me with dosage for a 70lb. 9yr. old for Methyl-Mate as a

nasal spray? He's been on MB12 shots every 3 days for 3 years and we are trying

to switch to the spray because of the risk of cobalt toxicity.
