Guest guest
Hi there, my son has problems with Vit B complex too, maybe you could try Kombucha tea, have you heard of it? It has Vit B and probiotics in it. I brew mine at home myself. You can sometimes find a starter (called a Kombucha mother) on Craigslist.org in your city. My son had a hard time with the synthetic B vitamins (I think it is the orange color really because he took B-6 and MB-12 separately without issue). I tried a food-based one, but it had the yeast that is in Hep B vaccine, S. Cerevasei - so I wanted to avoid it as well. There is a food-based without the yeast, I think it is by Megafoods. To answer your question though, I don't think anything is needed to absorb Vit Bs, they are quite absorb friendly without anything Good luck. > > What is needed to properly absorb/utilize B Vits?
