But.....I've got a constant " head ache " from the scent/smells in the environment that I work in. Any suggestions would be welcomed. I'm hoping over time my body will adjust. Any supplements to suggest. Do the C,D,Mag,Biotin, Milk Thistle. I can not tolerate an E yet. I function, not taking anything yet! Thanks in advance! Guest guest
You might try washing your face down with water (or wiping it down with peroxide) a few times a day. I do this when the factory across the street from my office is spewing out vile stuff to which I react allergically. For me, it helps make it bearable. I have very short hair and sometimes wipe that down as well. Probably not a very practical idea if you have longer hair. I will note that if you are using peroxide, it tends to bleach out hair. I mention this because every single time I suggest this technique, someone jumps up and protests that " it can turn your hair orange! " . Yes, that's true, depending upon what your natural hair color/highlights are. It turns my hair blonde and I get compliments on having had it " done " . But I don't think I would care if it went orange. That whole breathing thing is a little bit important to me. Good luck with this. Guest guest
Wow!!! That's something l want/need to do: get myself a job again... Congratulations!! No matter what you take, this scents are so bad for the body, disrupting several systems starting w the endocrine system. I you have a closed working space, l would recommend you buy yourself an air purifier, a small one, and tell your colleagues that you are allergic to dust.... Not the scents, so no one starts wondering why you got yourself a job there if you have chemical sensibilities, this in order to minimize exposure. To aide your system by breathing something good, use a propolis vaporizer, propolis has a lot of properties, antimicotic, antibacterial, antiinflammatory. Wish you luck! Isa to cHi all, I am almost ready to start chelating my 6yo. He weights 48.5 pounds, but l am rounding it to 48. I am calculating the lowest dose, 1/8 mg or 0.125 mg x 48 lbs, this gives me 6mg ALA, 6 mg DMSA every 3 hours, day and night. Three questions: 1. Can someone please confirm my start up dose as correct? 2. I am a little weary about dmsa, what signs should l be alert to in order to understand he does not tolerate it well? 3. This are the supplements l am getting ready, please tell me if this are ok (I couldn't find the supplement recommendations in the files section): magnesium, zinc, calcium, CLO, vit b complex, adrenal cortex, melatonin, digestive enzymes, candex, biotin, d-lactate free probiotic from custom, glycine, lysine, vitamin C, milk thistle, epsom bath salts. Of course, all distributed along the day and following basic rules like " antimicotics away from probiotics " , etc. Thank you guys for your time. Guest guest
I believe niacinimide helps with chemical sensitivity too. And grapefruit.
