Guest guest
I give VRP Cal-Mag. I ran out and substituted some other Cal and VRP Opti-Mag and he fell apart on me. I'm not sure about the fillers, but I'm sticking with Cal-Mag. Deb > > Can people tell me your favorite magnesium brand(s)? Guest guest
Well, my favorite magnesium is epsom salt baths for the moment, but if I had the money, I'd get the Magnesium Chloride from Ancient minerals - it is an oil you apply on the skin. I think it is really good and that is what I am going to buy when I run out of the yucky tasting magnesium chloride liquid I have. Liz > > Can people tell me your favorite magnesium brand(s)? Guest guest
We like epsom salts baths at our house too, 3x's a week. Unfortunately, now we have to find a water filtration system due to chloramine and fluoride in our municipal water. (Does anyone know if the fluoride molecule actually absorb through the skin?) I bought a bottle of magnesium lotion spray for my son, but he broke out in a mild rash and complained that it made his skin burn and itch, so now I'm the only one who uses it; Derma Mag skin lotion in a spray. It's expensive and I'm not sure how effective it is. Once it's finished I don't think I'll be buying it again. Guest guest
Adding a little bit of baking soda might help with the itching and burning. Guest guest
You can also mix your own spray using the epsom salts[and baking soda]. > > > > > > Well, my favorite magnesium is epsom salt baths for the moment, but if I had the money, I'd get the Magnesium Chloride from Ancient minerals - it is an oil you apply on the skin.
