Guest guest
Thanks Alley for mentioning anti-biotics.....I'd forgot to take one earlier. This brain fog is sometimes worse than the HepC....lol. Carol Re: rashes Well, my itching they say is caused by a funky immune system caused by interferon. My rash started about a month after I finished treatment. My liver is good, so mine has nothing to do with the liver per se. All my labs are good. So, all I could advise is take this rash thing seriously. I take massive amounts of antihistimines daily to keep the incessant itching at bay. My skin has scabs from my itching in various places, which have caused some skin infection problems and now I'm on antibiotics. Good luck Willem. Could these rashes be related to the state of my liver?.I.ll have a biop coming up.I bought Hydrocortisone on the advise of some members and it works.Bagpalm works better but is rather messy. The funny thing is,well not soo funny, that it is itching during the night, late at night. All comments and advise welcome.Have a nice day,it.s spring and summer coming up.Willem. Guest guest
Where are you in Kentucky, Peggy? I worked with thorougbred race horses for about 13 years and would spend spring and autumn at Churchill and Keeneland. One year we stayed in Kentucky year round and also did Ellis Park and what is now Turfway Park (in Covington) for the winter. But we didn't make it all the way through the winter...after about a month of chopping ice in the horses waterbuckets we were out of there and headed south to Floriday. Guest guest
I have two of the jumbo size pill boxes with a section for each day. One is filled with my morning pills and the other with my evening pills. It took me a long time to find a case that was big enough <g> Before I came across these cases (and each compartment is pretty well packed) I used empty vitamin bottles...and I would line the morning ones up on the counter over my expresso machine and the evening ones were lined up next to my computer. But these super large pill holders have made life a lot easier. Although with my repeat of unemployment, I've really cut myself down to those that I consider to be the most important.
