New California Whooping Cough (Tdap) Requirement-Help!!

Hello all:

Just got a letter stating that for the 2011-2012 school year, all students

entering 7th through 12th grades must have proof of having had the vaccine

for whooping cough.

They name Assembly Bill 354 which requires such vaccine and will be

effective July 1, 2011.

My 14 year old daughter is in ninth grade and it came from her school with a

form I'm to return the immunization form after her doctor stamps it or signs

it.

What should I do and has anyone else received this letter.
